Chia Seeds

Organic Black Chia Seeds are small, oval, whole seeds from a flowering plant. Chia seeds are neutral in flavour and crunchy in texture. Chia seeds can be added to baked goods, salads, or topped over foods, such as yogurt, granola, and more. When added to liquid, chia seeds swell and absorb up to 12 times their weight.
